Problem with ACE Version?

Hey Everybody.

When I try to get on the Assualt Server or.. any server for that matter, when I get into the game, it says something about "Ace_3 Version Mismatch. Your version is out of date" in a big red box. But it let's me play, and it still works in game, so I'm not certain what really to do to stop it. I've tried updating to a newer version and everything but it just.. doesn't work..

Are you using the @ACE found in the 506 modpack, or are you downloading it separately? The latest version of ACE is running on the current version of ArmA while we're rolled back.

I'm running the ACE in the 506 Modpack.

Could you post a screenshot of the error? It's not an OP server, so it might not be client side. Just need to see the exact problem you're getting.

I'll get one to you as soon as possible, it only happens when I join one of the 506 Servers, Assault is Down right now so I can't really test it.

Ignore the "Missing addons on server" i forgot to turn off a few of the assault server maps. But the "Missing Add-on's On client" and the Ace Error red box are what pop up.

As far as I can tell, it's throwing you that error most likely because you're missing .pbo's missing from other adddons. Not necessarily from ACE. I'd suggest joining an official OP server but you won't have access to those until you've done recruit training. For the moment when you do recruit training, run the bare minimum mods you need and see if those errors continue to be an issue or not.

Ignore the red box error message.  ACE mismatch box happens all the time on Unofficial servers.  Nothing to see here, move along.

I've already finished Phase I, Waiting on Phase II because I haven't gotten forum authorizations just yet. The Assualt Server has that problem, and in my RCT Training I had that error pop up as well running just the bare minimum mods.

If you've completed phase 1 and the instructor didn't raise an issue, then you're good to go. You'll see that error when you join the official servers as they run vcom_ai server side, a mod we don't run client side.
