Approved Client Side Mods

Hi

I updated all my mods as per the announcement and it shows all green on our official servers however when i use the client side mod (CSM De Leo sound mod) my RHSUSAF
shows up as a red dot , something i should be worried about? or stick to the normal RHSUSAF mod

IIRC, since you've edited the .pbo by switching the sound files it's no longer 'signed', a digital signature letting the server know exactly what mod it is and if it's allowed or not. For future reference, for our servers the circles in the mod list are not accurate and can and often show red despite there being no actual conflict.

Short answer: It's fine.

Don't use the sound mods until they've been updated.

Actually no, sorry. For whatever reason I thought the sound mods were manually replacing the sounds, rather than the whole .pbo.

You'll have to wait until these are updated to the newest version of RHS before you can use them.

Either way it will still show up red because technically the file isn't an exact replica of what the server uses. However it wont mess up the game or anything like that, it is completely normal.

Moreno Sound Mods will have an update by Monday the latest. Don't know about CSM De Leo's, but he's usually pretty quick as well.
