Man I think for good budget get i5-4690k and a 970, the core is much stronger for both and it doesnt cost as much as the 4790k but i would recommend it if you can afford it. The 960 4gb is okay but its not really much better than the 960 2gb and the extra vram doesnt make much of a difference...
