Tried the fix as well and so far so good.

I've been having the same exact issue, however there is a load out I made for a Fun Op that doesn't use a standard M136 AT Launcher, when I switch to that, I can then access any of the other load outs.

I recently tried a DLL fix as well. Normally once you start up they just re-acquire new DLLs. But this time I had to verify local steam files to get clean copies.

Yes it would be "s" to slow before landing by default.
