If your mods are in your documents, then you are fine you just have to add the "Watched folder" into the launcher when it is reinstalled.

It depends on where you have your mods, if you have them in the Arma 3 directory folder then maybe, if you have them in a folder separate from the Arma 3 directory then no.

It won't. Your Arma profile where all of your loadouts and controls are saved are in a separate folder, in a separate location on your PC.

What you are seeing is the extra stuff that comes with the Enhanced Movement mod. While in the main menu go to Options > Expansions > scroll until you see "Enhanced Movement" and click on that. Double clicking on "Keys" will bring you to the menu where you can then change them to a separate use...
