Alright, I re-organized the mods in the list like you said and it still is giving me both errors.

I try launching my game, and the error "Addon '506th_Config' requires addon 'rhsusf_c_troops'" pops up for me. I hit "ok" and the game launches, but I don't know if there is something wrong or not. The error looks like this: Furthermore, when I actually load into the game, this pops up:
