I experienced a weird bug where my primary frequency on my radio wouldnt transmit whenever I pressed shift (no keybind conflict)... The only thing that fixed the problem for me was to create a new ARMA profile. See if that fixes your problem.

I use a batch file (.bat). It launches ARMA with specific mods only. Save this modline (for Windows 7 64 bit) in notepad as a ".bat" file.

I have reviewed all keybinds and there are no direct conflicts. I am also not the only person who cannot transmit on alternative frequency while holding SHIFT or ALT.
I created new profile and it now allows for me to hold SHIFT+ALT+CAPS and now allows me to transmit on primary frequency. However, it still does not allow for you to transmit on alternate frequency while holding SHIFT or ALT.
At least, it's halfway fixed. Post here if a solution is found...
Not true, if I rebind look (alt button) or sprint (shift) to something else, it works fine. However, if I rebind them, ergonomically it doesn't work for me. If at all possible, I need to maintain alt as look and shift as sprint - that is what feels most natural and is easiest to use.
