Right click your game, properties, local files, verify integrity.  Saves you from having to redownload everything and just means you have to redownload the things you are missing or are corrupt.

As long as the version is the same, there is no differences. All you need is the v0.4.0.1 of both USAF and AFRF.  We simply recommend that you download from our sources incase RHS decide to back-patch their files or release a new version and take down the v0.4.0.1 version of the mod.
