Sometimes their is mods, or updates happening to the server. When it's up, it's up. Give it time.

Not sure what you've done so far. Try exiting steam, and coming back into it. Enter your betacode, (it could be CaSe sensitive?)(Arma3Legacy156). Once that's done give it a second and opt into the beta. Once activated your game in the library will say "Arma 3[legacy]"

I would also say it's your cpu, the 970 needs at least like 3.8ghz preferably 4.4ghz of speed in a cpu to operate correctly. 3.8 being the minimum. Recommended an I5-4690k. Or if you want a good upgrade, an i7. Goodluck.

That is a normal thing, when  2 or more people have acessed zues it takes several actions to make modules and speed stances etc to work sometimes. A lot of this could be directly related to the difficulty settings, as well as the profile.

Once you have applied and been accepted you will be given a "Welcome Aboard" message which will have have all the mod links.

Make sure you dropped the userconfiguration file in your Arma 3 directory. Make it looks like "userconfig" if it's not lower case it won't work. Also make sure that their is folders inside of that and inside of those folders is a file.
