Either way it will still show up red because technically the file isn't an exact replica of what the server uses. However it wont mess up the game or anything like that, it is completely normal.  Also follow WO1 Wilde's post.

Yes the assault server would be the best place

In the 506 mod folder their should be a folder called userconfig drag that into your arma 3 directory

Also it requires the rank of E-4 (SPC, CPL Equivalent) also keep in mind it's 45 days TIG (TIME IN GRADE) And 17 promotion points to be a PFC. It's 60 days TIG and 21 Promotion points to become and SPC or CPL.
