In the 506th folder (if not, check the other mods for it) there is a file called Userconfig. Take the file out from there and move it into the Arma 3 folder in your steam directory.

Isn't there an RHS option for that? In the ESC menu, above the stock Arma menu there is the RHS options there. I think there is a binding there.
