I have tried disabling and re-enabling the plugin - that wasn't helping. I have removed and reinstalled the plugin, so I'll see if that helps, if not then I'll reinstall all of team speak.

Ok - Thanks both. I assume you're talking about the Sampling ratio - I was playing around with that but it still looks like soup as you called it lol. However what I was able to do is actually lower the sampling when in 4k and that improved my frames - I'll see how that goes.
