I wouldn't recommend relying on that. Sometimes we're not on the most up to date version of RHS, and some PBOs are changed.

First off, I believe the mod installation video is still out of date. The RHS thing is because you're simply missing a PBO. Really the only solution to that is make sure you have the PBO in your addons folder. The no entry thing isn't really a super huge deal, shouldn't impact your gameplay...
