Whenever I pull the trigger on some new monitors, they will definitely be 4k.  With the beast graphics card you're getting it will be able to handle 2 screen at 4k with no issues.  2LT Soto is right that you won't get anywhere near 60fps in Arma but you're going to be able to run Arma on High...

When I started getting this error, it wasn't long thereafter that my GTX 960 fried.  :( Had to pop for a GTX 980 and I have MSI Afterburner monitoring temp and performance whenever I'm gaming.  I also added two more cooling fans to the case.  I have a feeling that excessive heat may have fried...
