Replaced the workshop mods that were pointed out to me, thank you. Updated the 506th and the OBS. Fired it up with no errors. Thank you both for the help.

Fixed the mod list, now all the mods are local, no steam workshop at all. this is what it looks like Launching Arma this is what I see.

This is the error I keep getting. I have reinstalled 506th, twice, with no luck.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the name. It is a fake name, so am I missing something?
