Those files are inside the 506th mod pack. It's an additional mod they recently added called cypress push to hear. Would advise you to delete the 506th pack you currently have and re-download it.

Would also try deleting your DLL's. That seems to have helped a lot of people with varied problems. Speak to PFC. E. Wolfe on TS if you see him on, he's very good with the mods.

Jump on TeamSpeak and find a PV2 or PFC to help you get on a server. People tend to be very helpful here.
