Yeah I'm pretty sure the Bitrate was the issue - everybody so far is using a higher bitrate than I was - hopefully jacking it up will improve the quality.

Yes cough drops would be helpful thanks! I'm gonna increase my bitrate (a bunch) and FPS settings (a bit) to try to increase quality. Thanks all for your help!  :D

In my experience you shouldn't even have to re-download our mods - simply uninstalling the Steam mod resolved the conflicts for me when I've experienced this in the past.
