This has never happened to me. But are you aware that you can disable it in-game as well as remove the names and just keep it to the HUD, etc.? If not, it's either CTRL+SHIFT+H or ALT+SHIFT+H. That's the only thing I could think of if you've already done a reinstall of sthud.
