Sounds like you may need to verify your game cache via Steam. After doing so, try removing your .dll files from Arma and running it without mods.

First advise I'd give is make it comfortable, logical, and functional. There's probably a couple dozen controls I never use simply because I don't need them to perform. As my comrades have said, it is highly recommended to bind your grenade button to 2xG or whatever your preferred grenade key...

My own stupid mod idea is to have an ACE Banana restore stamina. Basically works like a bandage. ACE on your head, select banana, the little bar goes saying "Eating Banana" and you regain stamina. Honestly I just think it'd be funny as hell to hear "Hang on, let me eat a banana" over the radio.

As a Team Leader, I usually arrange team training to cover basic such as target practice, MOUT, CLS usage, weapon designation, vehicle designation and other basics in milsim operations. I'll definitely check this out to see if it could be a feasible template for training some basics.

If you haven't been helped yet, Cyprus push to hear is a part of the 506th modpack. The modpack, as you should know, contains both the @506th file as well as a userconfig folder. Cyprus push to hear should be in your userconfig file and should be copied into your Arma 3 userconfig file.
