Why do you want to join the...
Yeah, I noticed that too when I saw it. Certainly does add a bit more perspective, but it doesn't look like he actually had a terribly good view-angle on what happened. But yeah, I wasn't hearing much in the way of returning-fire.
If Poland gets in a shooting war with Russia, the US will get involved anyways. NATO will jump in, and that means we'll jump in. But I don't think Russia will make a move to protect the RPLA should anyone get involved in Chernarus.
However, you are right. We wait for higher to give the green light.
I'm not entirely sure the official SOP for getting US forces involved. I believe the War Powers Act allows POTUS to use US Military Forces without a declaration of war in limited conflicts, but requires Congressional approval to really drop the hammer.
Given that the 506th has been working in...
Only three are mentioned, but there's five people on the line.
Perhaps that last CDF soldier is still alive? Also, why was the fourth person not listed?
They don't necessarily need a strong naval force to hit Utes. A night-time fast-boat landing with enough forces could probably take the island. I'm sure that the garrison on Utes is undermanned, with assets there being transferred to assist the CDF on the mainland. Anyone there could be taken...
I think the question to be asked is "how will we take it out?" The 506th isn't capable of marine landings, so unless we're talking about a combat drop onto Utes, I don't see an easy way for an Air Assault Brigade to assault the island without an airbase.
That being said, going "Geronimo" and...
Utes is, if I remember correctly, something like 20 miles off the coast of Chernarus. In Harvest Red, it was taken by the ChDKZ and the 27th MEU (SOC) had to liberate it before moving on the nation proper.
If I had to guess, the RPLA will make a move on Utes once they control the majority of...
I thought I recognized those villages...
Damn, Stary and Novy Sobor? They've crossed a line, man...
Also, I'm going to guess that either Berezino Time's writers are either RPLA sympathetic to describe one of their soldiers as "brave", or they're trying not to incur the wrath of these madmen.
And now we see the same bombing from the other side of the forest... How on earth did the RPLA get a hold of a rocket-launch system?
"Saving Flame", eh? Trust me, these wanna-be bolsheviks are about to understand what those words truly mean in a few weeks...
I don't know how you fake a video image and the photos afterwards.
I'm just curious what the guy was doing. He was looking to the sky at the beginning, as if he was expecting to see something there.
It's not that hard to invent dead family members. If people can do it to skip class in college, then an RPLA sympathizer doing some rather unusual work can certainly say he's "lost" someone to avoid being pegged.
Very curious indeed... Why was he looking to the skies at the start? His story smells fishy.
I get the sinking feeling that that wasn't a rocket strike...
