    A problem with both TS and the Inbox system

    As I just now have noticed that theres been a change to the TS server, i wasn't told of this until i checked recently, along with the possiblity of sending Personal Messages disabled for RCTs, as i have checked into this and have no ability to apparently do so to connect or correct this problem...
