I just upgraded my 1080p monitor to a 4k monitor. but now the scaling on teamspeak is absolutely terrible and almost unusable.
Text is very small and hard to read and the tabs at the top (connections, tools, and so on) are unreadable and overlap in a weird way. the same goes for chat...
for gaming a higher clock speed is generally preferred. the more cores your cpu has, the lower the clock speed per core (generally).
taking this into account you would be better off with an intel i7 8700k. (currently best cpu available for gaming i think)

for arma a 1080p monitor wil work fine, at both 120 and 144hz. for the best all round experience, i would suggest a 1440p ultra wide monitor. preferably at 144hz. i dont know about arma but for all round gaming that is pretty much the best you can get. making the monitor wider might not sound...
it would also probably be good to know that on a full server, 20 to 36 fps is pretty much what you can expect. not much higher than that. this is because the server performance dictates the max fps you can get, and on a full server running an opp, the server will be strained to the point where...
