Here's all the processors I plan on ordering: 1 i3 8350k 2 I5 9600k 3 Ryzen 2700x 4 keep the FX-8320 and save up for an i7 or something. Witch one will give me the best performance?

First off, i'm not a CPU expert. I currently told one of my Recruiters if my FX-8320 would work, he said it would probably run in the low 20 FPS during operations. so i plan on ordering an i3 8350k. Would that be a decent upgrade? If someone can help me or give me suggestions will be appreciated.
