If you havent finished basic training and OSUT then no, you need permission to enter the servers. If you're asking i would assume you havent or else you would have been assigned a billet and given the pass the official servers.

Enter any aproved 506th server, go to the arsenal, pick a gun and vóila all the aproved scopes are there. Have fun testing them.
