A problem with both TS and the Inbox system

As I just now have noticed that theres been a change to the TS server, i wasn't told of this until i checked recently, along with the possiblity of sending Personal Messages disabled for RCTs, as i have checked into this and have no ability to apparently do so to connect or correct this problem.

I'm not sure if it's just me or something else but i feel this is very VERY less efficient for new Recruits who know near to nothing and don't know how to connect any other way to resolve this issue faster.
 
We are aware of the issue and are working on changing our policies and procedures to make communications with recruits easier.  We've just gone through a major transition and are working to get all the of kinks worked out in the system.
