Application form not working?

Every time I click on the application form to apply, it just takes me back to an overview of the forums. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is here?
 
We have received these type of reports from several people today. We are working on it, and the issue should be solved in a timely fashion.

As an addendum to this issue, also unable to post a new topic in the recruitment forum. I had planned a work around of simply copying and pasting another users application (minus their answers of course).
