Help regarding to new teamspeak server

Hello hello guys : ) i need help i can connect to the new ts server but there's a problem saying i need to upgrade my identity to maximum of 28..im stuck @ 27 :/ can any admin give me some permission to connect  im PV2 Alvior in ts thanks

I cant pass the level 27 its been about 4 hrs :/

Probably stuck... try restarting your computer or at least teamspeak, if you havn't already.

Ahmmmm im using ios mobile  but yeah i did try to restart it..still @ 27

If you are on mobile it won't update itself. You will need to export your unique ID from the desktop version then plug your phone in and add the cfg file to your phone via iTunes
