Just something I think folks would enjoy here... I've learned a fair number of 'alternate' definitions for many of the common forms and abbreviations.

example: CCIR

CCIR : Commander Crying for Immediate Response

CCIR: Corrected (the) Corrections In Request

CCIR: C##t (or C##k) Caused Immediate Recall
  (used by subject matter experts who are recalled from leave to answer an immediate request.. especially if it was a stupid question)

I have a few dozen more but it'll take a bit of time to filter out what is really relevant to this community (and is safe to post).

 
Couple of quick ones that I remember from boot camp.
Army - Ain't Really Marines Yet.
Marine - My Ass Rides On Navy Equipment / Muscles Are Required, Intelligence Not Essential.
Steal - Strategically Take Equipment to an Alternate Location.
PFC - Perfect For Cleaning.
USCG - Uncle Sam's Confused Group.
USMC - Uncle Sam's Misguided Children.
Yes, I'm a Marine and I eat crayons with Elmer's glue, what about it?
 
SIPR - Seriously/Stupidly Insane Password Requirement

And of course....

BUFF - Big Ugly Fat Fellow/F**ker
