installing mods

Can someone help me install the mods for 506th. I am trying to install the TeamSpeak to launch arma I am a RCT and can not start training without this mod. Help would be appreciated.
I am in the east time zone.

What part of TeamSpeak are you having problems with? Installing the actual TS application, or the TFAR plug-ins?
