Insufficient talk power TS/ technical problem. Help anyone? SOLVED

Can anyone help me with teamspeak? It says that I have "insufficient talk power". And I had to do a little bit of research about it. I tried every options but still unsolved.
 
As a Recruit you will have insufficient power in the Day Room, AFK, Conference Room and War Room channels. None of this should effect you. Try talking in a game room or a classroom and you shouldn't have any issues.
 
You can send messages to specific people but not to channels. Right click on a person and select "Open Text Chat" to send them a direct message.
