Phase 1 training

I am a new recruit to the unit that has to sign up for phase 1 and thereafter OSUT training, I have had a look at the training rosters but unless I am mistaken there aren't training classes in the near future?  For some reason I am not allowed to message the training officers for assistance in this matter either.  Where or who should I turn to? :-\
