RCT Training loadout?

Mr. Monroy,
You can sign up for a RCT Class in the Phase I Board, and each class has it's own schedule, the details of which you can find in that board.
Be aware that the unit is technically stood down for winter - so some classes may not run every week during this time, but most instructors will continue to run classes across the Christmas break.
As far as loadouts go, don't worry about it. These are sorted out as part of the class.
