System keeps crashing

I am suffering with a lot of system crashes lately, some result in Arma closing down other result in BSOD.
The errors I am getting at varying times are:
system_access_violation
system_heap_violation
Page fault in non paged area
Driver irql not less or equal

Google is not helping me much so I'm reaching out for help here before I smash my monitors

What are you temps?  I see these errors all the time in game during my overclocking trial-and-error phase.

Never go above 55 Celsius, I have my cpu overclocked but through my motherboard I didn't tweak anything myself like voltage
