When the people under your command need to change their tampons

I actually filled one of these out for Col Starck of the 15thMEU realism unit way back in the day around transition time to arma 3. He was upset that I had filled out a platoon training report for my AAV7 platoon that took place in battlefield 3. Long story behind that lol
