Where are the mods to download for recruit.

I was supplied a video on how to download mods and followed instruction but when I go to the forums Phase1 recruit trainig ---> Info: Recruit Mod depot is missing. I also heard on the video we can download the mods via google docs or mega? Any help would be great because I start training on Wednesday July 6. Thanks in advanced.
 
If you post an application and its accepted, you will receive a welcome aboard message that has all the info you need, as well as the mods.
