Most of the time with our Operations there is a lot of stuff loaded in like the enemy, roadblocks, bases etc.. on top of that you have 55 to 65 of us with aircraft and others vics so the frames always tend to be a lot lower than you would have on say the campaign or something like that...

I have all my mods just in my documents/Arma 3 mods folder. Im not sure if thats default or not. Ill just backup the whole thing to be on the safe side. Thanks for the help.

Ok cool, gunna assume i dont have to worry about my mods either then right? Just reload them again through the launcher once its finished installing?

If i uninstall Arma and re-install on to my SSD will it reset all of my saved controls?

It is very possible they might clash, if i were you delete every mod you have from steam and just do a fresh download of the mods directly from here.

It isn't a stable 60 but it jumps around from 30-60 which is why im hoping it will be a little more stable now during ops. I HOPE LOL

I was the same as you, fairly low FPS in the range of 30 to 60 while in ops and squad training. All i did was optimize my game through the nvidia panel which seemed to settle it out a little bit but ive just installed another 8GB of ram ( Now 16 ) so im hoping ill be stable at around 50 going...
