Ace issue after update

i seem to be having issues trying to bandage and access to the players backpack , i can tap his shoulder i can give him a Mag i can carry and drag but interaction such as medical and accessing the backpack does not show

Have you:

Updated ACE
Updated CBA
Updated ArmA to 1.54
Tried deleting ACE, 506 pack & CBA and redownloading them

i have done all of the above
twice

Edit: managed to solve it , seems that it was disabled in the ace options
