AllInArmaTerrainPack out of sync

I just set up the 506th repo system.

It is claiming every one of my @AllInArmaTerrainPack files are out of sync.

I installed this version (which includes the 1/1 hotfix)

Is anyone aware of a syncing issue with the terrain pack or does the repo not have the most up-do-date version?
 
I believe the syncing issue is due to the patch that was added at the start of January. Without it you will have trouble running several maps. My advice is just download what the repository is telling you to download and you should never run into any mod issues within the unit.
 
I applied the hotfix patch manually even though the 6gb+ package claims to include the hotfix. I'm matching the repo now.
