Here's a guide I made a while ago on how to set up servers on an NFO server:

For the missions, save them as PBOs and put them in the MPMissions folder on the server. Make sure all of the units in the mission you want to be able to control are set as playable (pink/purple).

The link you gave me https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QyRrMrBTRLVi3yIe_CtxQ8_LwT21GGlZwOeX56-Dh14/edit is very confusing what do i do with TADST on My VDS machine i already have arma installed on them, i just need away to have mods working correctly on it without crashing

I don't have a link right now, but basically download TADST and install it in your Arma 3 folder on the server. When you start up TADST you can create a profile where you can select what mods, missions, name/PW of the server, etc you want to launch the server with. Find the thread on the BI forums. It does a pretty good job explaining how to set it up.

Okay, so I'm confused here because NFO has a few different server options. Do you have a managed server where NFO downloaded Arma for you and you only have access on the control panel where you can change the start up parameters and FTP files over? Or do you see a full desktop where you can navigate through like a normal computer?

Okay I just found your topic on the NFO forums. Follow what they said. Make sure to run CBA first and take out some of the clientside mods.

As for the missions, you just need to upload them into the MPMissions folder. You can select them in-game by logging in as admin and using the #missions command.

This topic also has a lot of information:

I haven't used the NFO control panel in a year and a half so I can't help you much more. They should have better info and tutorials on their forums.
