Hi !!!

plz ignore my ignorance, but I will like to join this clan , I been watching multiple videos of some of the member of this clan for couple of year now,  I am not a ''computer gamer'', i normally play in console , I am building my pc at this moment, my question is,i don't have a arma 3 account or a computer ,can i still start my application just to start the process
 
At this time, no. You need all of the functional hardware and software to join the unit, including the Apex DLC, Arma 3, a working computer and a communication system (Normally a headset). Once you have all of the proper equipment, you're more than welcome to submit an application to the unit.
