you need to add the TFAR plugin to your teamspeak folder located at: C: Program files/Teamspeak 3 Client/Plugins

IT IS WORKING NOW BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE IT INTO MY ARMA 3 FOLDER. I HAD IT INTO MY DOCUMENTS ARMA 3 FOLDER. LESSON TO ALL USE THE (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3) INSTEAD OF THE DOCUMENTS ARMA 3 FOLDER.
