Arma crash on startup

Im new I installed all the mods, and just as i was about to start it up, boom, crash, says its missing part of push to hear, haven had this problem before, would like it fixed, thanks!
 
Remove the userconfig file from the 506 folder that you downloaded and place it in your Arma 3 directory. If you haven't already watch this video: https://www.506thir.net/forums/threads/2130/
