Cannot make recruitment from

I had followed the link but it had sent back to the home page and my account is glistered what should I do?
 
For what it's worth, I am also having trouble with that link. I have made a forum account already, but that link leads me back to the root forum Index every time I click it. I have logged into my account and tried the link on Internet Explorer, and Chrome. Same result both times. To be clear, I am clicking this link while already logged into my forum account.
 
We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.  We will update this thread when the form is available again.  Thank you all for reporting the issue.
