I was just wondering if you are able to change your MOS after you have been accepted into the unit and have already done your recruit training. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Your billet is not set in stone until you complete OSUT. At the end of OSUT you request your desired billet, depending on whether there are any open billets.
