Do I have to restart OSUT training?

I did basic training as well as OSUT days 1 and 2. I notified Sgt. Brewer (I think) that I needed an extension because I recently had gotten extremely busy. I was told that I could sign up for a day 3 and 4 class whenever I was able. I started back in January and was only able to attend one date since then but my CUP mod was not correct. Now, I am only able to see the "PHASE 1" topic in the forums. Do I have to completely restart OSUT training?

You were administratively removed from the unit. You will have to resubmit an application and redo days 1 & 2.

Are you sure that I have to resubmit an application? It is not giving me a choice to submit an app but I am able to sign up for Basic Training.
