Encountered issue's

Ok this has kind of a coincidence that might be nothing so I wont post it on the open forum page.

Lately I have been having a issue with FPS in games, websites loading as basic HTML, and I am unable to even launch a few Exe. This has all been happened after a match on a game. I have went through my anti-virus programs and de-fragmented my computer but it still doesn't work right. I am being really annoyed with this and would like to ask for useful help.

Come find me sometime, download teamviewer, don't install it (just use the run once option, but wait till you've found me) and I'll run through and see if we can't find the issue.
