Help with cup

I have installed all mods but the CUP mod. Im a little confused on how to open the torrent file? Or maybe it's not working idk..im downloading from armaholic and it says 8 hours left? Any suggestions appreciated.

Download it as a Torrent file via uTorrent, did it myself today and was completed within the hour.
