I was browsing the server lists to make sure my mods were all green lit and noticed an addon called @IceBreakrMaps on the list. Is this just packing Panthera and Duala into a single folder, or is it a seperate download?

It should only be packed that way on the server. As long as you are running Duala and Panthera, you have nothing to worry about.
