install problems HELP

I have installed all mods and tried to run the game. I sent a msg and got another link for the user config file. I downloaded that file and I am still getting the Message that the push to talk user config is not there. Can someone please help. I moved the user config file over to the Arma III directory. I even restarted computer and still cant get it to run. I get the same message.

What is the exact error message you are receiving? cyp_pushtohear_a3?

userconfig\cyp_pushtohear_a3\cyp_pushtohear_a3_config.hpp not found. then I hit x to close that. Then another message comes up.
The exception unknown software exception (0x0000dead) occurred in the application at location 0x00 0000007579A6f2.
