I believe I may have blotched adding my mods, they seem all out of order, and I am not sure if I even have all the ones i should. I will attach a screen capture of what i have in Arma

Additionally, I'm not sure what type of access you have to the forums at this time.

The only mods you need in a certain order is the Isla Duala & Island Panthera map mods loaded in your launce directly after CUP Terrains mod.
(I have those 3 at the very end)

In addition to what PV2 Leeds says, I believe that CBA, Community Base Addons, should be first in the load order of your mods.

Okay, thanks for the help im downloading the files again from the directory listing
